Imran & Shahin's story
Our story began in the beautiful city of Agra, where we both worked near the iconic Taj Mahal. What started as a simple meeting slowly turned into a beautiful journey of love. We started dating, discovering each other, sharing countless memories, and growing together.
After seven wonderful years of being together, we decided to take our relationship to the next chapter and involve our families. With their love and blessings, we are now getting married and beginning a new journey together.
The Taj Mahal has always been a special part of our story, so celebrating our wedding in the city where we first met makes this moment even more meaningful.

Barat (wedding)
In a Muslim wedding, the Baraat is the groom and his family’s joyful arrival at the bride’s wedding venue. It is a beautiful celebration filled with happiness, music, family, friends, and traditional customs.
On our special day, Imran will arrive with his family and loved ones as the Baraat, bringing the excitement and joy of the groom’s side to our celebration. The bride’s family will warmly welcome the Baraat with love and happiness.
The Baraat is followed by the most meaningful part of a Muslim wedding — the Nikah, the religious marriage ceremony where the bride and groom accept each other as husband and wife in the presence of family and witnesses.
For us, the Baraat is not just a tradition; it is the beautiful moment when two families come together to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter. ❤️

In a Muslim wedding, the Reception, traditionally known as Walima, is a joyful celebration hosted by the groom and his family after the Nikah. It is a time to celebrate the newly married couple and share happiness with family, friends, and loved ones.
Our Walima will be a beautiful gathering where both families and guests come together to celebrate our new beginning. It will be filled with delicious food, warm conversations, laughter, photographs, and the happiness of everyone being together.
